Radio Flyer Fold 2 Go Trike Review
hi. i wanted to get my grandson a bicycle but he's only 18 months and quite short. the big wheel type bikes were too big for his short legs. so i bought this bike instead and he loves it. he would sit on it and play with the fringe, scoot with his feet on the ground because he hasn't figured out the pedals. he wouldn't want to go in the house even when we both were cold. i had to carry him and the bike inside at the same time bacause he didn't want to be separated from it. now he's little longer and can put his feet on the pedals and push down, the bike rolls few inches and he gets so happy he made it move. this toy was just perfect for his small body and first bike. i like the colors of blue for a boy and red and yellow. the storage box is sweet, even though he doesn't want anything in it. it folds easy to go in the car or carry. this bike is a very good product and would recommend it for a toddlers first bike.

Radio Flyer Fold 2 Go Trike Specifications
Excellent as a first bike, the Ready-to-Ride comes in bright, friendly primary colors and the classic Radio Flyer stylings that remind parents of the little red tricycles of their youths. As with all Radio Flyer trikes, the Ready-to-Ride is built to last with a durable steel frame and heavy-duty treaded tires. Plastic bucket seats provide a comfortable ride and rubber handles offer a secure grip. Kids can tow a doll or load toys into the yellow storage bin on back and announce that they're coming through with the loud bell on the handlebar. Parents will appreciate the trike's low center of gravity and controlled turning radius that prevents it from tipping during speedy turns. The lightweight and portable Ready-to-Ride also easily folds up for storage and has a handy grip in the back of the seat for carrying or hanging. A reliable safety latch ensures that the trike won't begin to fold up midway through a ride. The Ready-to-Ride trike comes fully assembled and is covered by a one-year warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

Tire Splits- Even with Inside Use! - D. K. Brown -
I came here to see if I could find a new front tire for this trike. I thought it was our large 2 year old (39" tall and 38Lbs) that made the tire split into two pieces. He rides it a lot, but only inside. After seeing all the other reviews that state the same problem , I guess it's the tire not the tot. So, I won't bother trying to find another one. this is an expensive little trike to be so poorly made. I feel sorry my Mom spent so much on it for him. Oh, well. We found a hotwheels motorcyle trike that was much cheaper, built better, and should last him till he's 60 pounds- Which at this rate will be in a few months!
Tipping Trike - review guy - San Diego, CA
How could this Fold 2 Go Trike have such great reviews? I have a 27 month old son, who is 35" tall, and can actually pedal this tricycle. He loves riding his trike, but this thing constantly tips over and over when he turns, regardless of what speed he's going. Good thing for helmets! At least he's learning why helmets are important! The build of this tricycle is good and will seem to last long, despite the multiple crashes it will probably see in it's lifetime. Honestly, this Fold 2 Go Trike should be recalled, redesigned with a wider wheelbase to prevent/reduce tipping, and/or come with a push handle like other models. NOT RECOMMENDED, unless you're a fan of bringing your kid to the ER/Urgent Care... I'm just thankful my son hasn't been injured using this product. It's off to try the more expensive Kettler Tricycles. This time we'll bring his helmet to the store and have him test it before making the purchase. His safety is worth the extra hundred plus dollars!
