I asked that the toy be delivered prior to my grandson's 3rd birthday and it arrived in time for the birthday party and the break in Boston's weather to be enjoyed in the park before the rain arrived. The backhoe is the exact workhorse needed to complete my granson's corporation yard to repair any street from Boston's winter weather or install a new BIG DITCH along its harbor. Great truck for our 2 year old. We already have bruder trucks so we know that these toys are durable and more importantly safe.

It is what it looks like. A big truck with a moveable backhoe and front loader. It's light weight and is plastic so it doesnt have any metal corners to worry about. My 2 year old brings it to bed.

This German made product is as tough as its heavier metal competitors. I now have 6 of these Bruder products at my home and have purchased another three for grandsons. When my grandsons visit, these are the first toys they drag out and play with during their entire stay. Many moving parts but yet very durable.
